Do I really need to do this to sell my home? My home looks nice. 

It’s true that every house will sell, sooner or later. By staging we increase the chances that it will be sooner and for more money.  Even homes that look very nice should be considered for staging. Why? Your home is decorated to express your interests and your style and buyers can become distracted by that.  Staging helps refocus the attention on the home and helps the buyers imagine themselves in the space.  

Can’t the realtor just tell me what needs to be done? 

We partner with realtors to give your home the attention it deserves to garner the optimum placement in today’s competitive market.  Most realtors have a keen eye and years of experience to know what sells and what doesn’t.  We work with realtors and bring together their real estate knowledge with our own training, design, and marketing education.  We also provide the manpower to get things done. 

Isn’t this just for “high end” homes? 

Unless your home is valued under $50,000, even $500 invested in staging should net you thousands in return and a faster sale based on statistical data.  

How much does it cost? 

Prices depend on the services rendered and we offer a wide range.  We offer full service packages, Do It Yourself plans, or a combination of the two.  Please call and let’s discuss how we can best serve you.

What is Redesign? 

We use the things you’ve collected and love to create a room that you’ll enjoy. When necessary, we’ll make recommendations for finishing touches. Do you have a space that just doesn’t work? Maybe it is disorganized and needs a little tweaking, we can help. Fall in love with your home all over again- redesign!
